Creativity begins as an idea in one head, but it only grows between people. Many good ideas have died because their owner tried to carry them alone.

In this issue Fawzooz gathers the people of his village around one way of working, Scrum, and uses it to build bridges between generations, renew the library, stage a theatre and a festival, and connect the village with the world beyond it.
