5Creative Digital Tools

In this project, the goal was to develop a digital platform that made it easier for young people and children to reach psychological and spiritual support, strengthening ties between generations. To achieve it, Fawzooz and his team had to choose and integrate the best tools for coordinating tasks and collaborating remotely.
Project management tools. The team used Asana and Trello to manage Scrum boards and track tasks visually. The tools supported real-time updates and helped organise Sprints and tasks effectively.
“A safe platform opens a door to support, not danger.”
Communication tools. To keep communication constant and effective, the team used instant messaging and video calls, which made group discussions and feedback sessions easier, especially with some members working remotely.
Design and development collaboration tools. The team used tools such as InVision and Adobe XD for interactive design and quick feedback, allowing fast, effective changes to designs based on ongoing comments.
Version control. To manage versions and changes in documents and code, the team used GitHub, which eased collaboration between developers and designers and kept work moving without conflicts.
Document and asset management. To organise and store project documents and creative materials, the team used cloud solutions such as Google Drive and Dropbox, allowing easy access and secure file sharing.
Integrating the tools into the workflow. Fawzooz made sure these tools worked together seamlessly, so processes flowed and information was shared efficiently. Notifications and automations were set up to simplify tasks and keep the team focused on creative output.
With this setup, the team not only improved collaboration and communication, but delivered high-quality creative content more efficiently, getting the most out of agile Scrum principles.
