Algorithms already make decisions that reach into education, hiring and security, while the law and our institutions are still catching up. AI is changing society faster than we can govern it, and that gap widens every year we leave it alone.

The answer

The answer is not to slow innovation down — it is to build the people who can lead it wisely.

The Wise AI Ambassador programme, a Fawzooz initiative, is a shield for society: it keeps fast innovation and ethical responsibility in balance, and it builds the kind of person who can carry both at once.

The programme does not make programmers. It makes technical thought leaders who keep the future in wise human hands.

A coloured assessment matrix + a signed contract

What you do: Colour the four dimensions of your own matrix, then sign the contract with yourself: your weakest dimension, the degree and chapter you start from, the date you will pass its gate, and the person you will show the output to.

You have passed when: You named a real person and a real date. An output nobody sees does not get made.

The Wise AI Ambassador Charter

I am going for the badge of Wise AI Ambassador, and I hold myself to five things every time a new technology reaches my hands:

    I understand it before I use it

    I do not take what a model gives me as fact. I ask where it got that, I read the context, I check it — and then I build on it.

    I guard the data, and I hand out no trust unearned

    I look after what is entrusted to me, and I give no intelligent system trust it has not earned. I want technology to be a door that opens for me, not a way in for someone else.

    I keep learning

    Technology does not stand still, so neither do I. I keep my own tools current, to lead the change rather than run after it.

  4. 4
    I use it where it does good

    I put it to making people abler, solving a problem that is actually there, and building work that bends without breaking. And I keep it away from anything that harms a person or takes a right from them.

    I pass on what I learned

    What reached me does not stop with me. I teach it to the people around me, and I leave the digital place I work in safer and wiser than I found it.

Terms of use

What you may do with this programme.

I give the Wise AI Ambassador programme as a waqf: I never sell it, I put nothing in it behind a fee, and I ask nothing of you for reading it. What follows is not a price. It is what you may do with the work and what you may not — you read it once, you agree, and the first unit opens.

You are free to

  • Read the whole programme, download it, and print it for yourself, without limit.
  • Share it as it is, with anyone, free of charge, naming me as its author and linking to fawzooz.ai.
  • Quote from it in research, an article or a talk, with attribution.
  • Use what you learn in your own work and your organisation's, with no permission needed and no condition attached.
  • Teach it or explain it to a group, or inside your organisation, free of charge, naming the source.

You may not

  • Sell it, rent it, or place it behind a fee, a subscription or advertising — in whole or in part.
  • Publish it under your own name, or remove my name or the source.
  • Alter it and publish the altered version as though it were the original.
  • Issue certificates, titles or badges in the programme's name. The Wise AI Ambassador badge is carried by the people who pass its gates, and nobody owns it to grant or to sell.
  • Use it to train artificial-intelligence models, or harvest it by machine for commercial purposes.

By written permission

Two things you may do, but ask me first, because both carry my name somewhere I cannot see it: translating the programme into another language, and teaching it where a fee is charged for the teaching. Ask, and I will say yes in writing, gladly.

Two things to be clear about

  • The programme teaches. It is not legal or security advice for any particular organisation, and anyone who applies something from it carries whatever comes of that.
  • It is a waqf: I charge nothing, I sell nothing, and I collect not one thing about you so that you can open it.

The work is registered

I registered it on 15 September 2026 with Protectmywork Limited (London), reference 34979150926S037, against the SHA-256 fingerprints of the two files below. It has been mine since the moment I wrote it; this is the independent witness to the date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
