Safeguarding children and young people
Fawzooz publishes for everyone, and some of its readers are students and young people. This policy sets out how we keep those under eighteen safe when they read, learn or write to us.

Reading without an account
Every publication and tool can be read and used without an account and without any personal information. There are no adverts on the site, and no public comments that others can see.
Accounts and messages
Creating an account or sending a message needs an email address. We ask anyone under eighteen to do so with a parent’s or a teacher’s knowledge.
- Readers’ answers to Fawzoozyat’s questions, and their messages, are private: no one else sees them, and they are not published.
- We reply by email or on the site only. We never ask anyone to move a conversation to another app, to send photos or personal details, or to meet anyone.
- A parent may ask at any time for their child’s account and all of its data to be deleted.
The content
Everything is reviewed before it is published, and written for its reader. What is written for the young, such as the Fawzoozyat issues, is written in safe language that respects their age.
The programme in schools and universities
When an institution runs the Wise AI Ambassador programme with its students, it does so under its own supervision, and we ask those who run it to follow this policy.
Reporting a concern
If you see anything that worries you about the safety of a child or young person in anything connected with Fawzooz, write to us at info@fawzooz.ai. We treat every report seriously and as a priority; if someone is in immediate danger, contact the authorities in your country first.
