Executive Summary

Ideas are abundant. Scaled innovation is rare.

Organizations, classrooms and startups rarely suffer from a shortage of ideas. They suffer from the gap between a promising spark and a solution that delivers value at scale. Creative techniques are taught in isolation, stories of success are told without method, and process models are applied too rigidly to survive contact with reality.

This paper proposes InnovaForge, an open, five-stage framework that connects the three: Ignite, Forge, Temper, Sculpt and Polish. Each stage has a clear objective, a core action, recommended techniques and explicit exit criteria, and the cycle is iterative: learning from each launch feeds the next spark.

The problem

The bottleneck is the journey, not the idea. Most initiatives stall between concept and validated solution.

The proposal

A five-stage cycle that pairs each stage with the techniques that power it and the criteria that close it.

The evidence

Ten established techniques and ten practice cases, mapped stage by stage, show how the framework works in context.

The application

A one-page canvas and a staged adoption path for students, educators, corporate teams, entrepreneurs and academic institutions.
