A drawing: a group of people under a tree before a board of linked ideas, and a small screen bringing faces together from afar

After developing his personal and mental space, Fawzooz came to value the role of collaborative space in driving innovation. He understood that engaging with diverse perspectives sparks new ideas, especially in fields like software, cybersecurity and artificial intelligence.

A shared space. He designed a shared area within his office where colleagues could gather to exchange ideas, equipping it with whiteboards, screens and flexible furniture that could easily be rearranged for brainstorming.

“Diverse expertise creates innovations a uniform team cannot see.”

Encouraging diversity. He invited people from varied backgrounds, software designers, cybersecurity analysts and AI experts, believing that diverse expertise creates innovations a uniform team cannot see.

Regular sessions. He set a schedule of regular collaboration sessions where the team discussed new challenges and shared ideas on ongoing projects, from technical reviews to open thinking sessions.

Easier digital communication. He used digital collaboration tools to connect with experts and innovators off-site, across borders and time zones.

The effect was clear: innovative ideas turned into projects that significantly improved the company’s products and services, and morale and job satisfaction rose among his colleagues.
