Why the soul, and why now?
In the corner of a quiet café, Fawzooz sat with pressures piled so high that his usual tools were no longer enough. In that moment he raised his heart to God and said, “O God, help me to bear it.”
From this prayer his spiritual journey begins: he returns to prayer with a new spirit, reflects on the Qur’an, fasts, places his trust in God, and remembers Him in every state. In the next issue, the journey is completed.
