Section 09
9The paper's principles, applied
An orchestra without a conductor is noise.
This may sound like a celebration of the machine. It is the opposite: the more autonomous the agents, the more it matters who leads them. So I built the platform on the paper's principles.
01
Validate at runtime
AI code is untrusted until validated. No change passes until every test has run and its pages are captured and reviewed.
02
Tier the guardrails
Cheap, fast checks on every change; costly human review only at points of decision. I review what deserves a decision.
03
One gateway
Everything that reaches people passes one gate: my approval. No merge, release or social post without it.
04
Zero Trust into reasoning
Isolated agents, each with only the minimum context its task needs: Least-Context Access Control. Keys never reach them.
05
An open intake register
Every change kept with its record: what, why, who approved. Every post says it is AI-run and human-approved.
06
Positive error management
A stumble is raw material for learning: fixed in the next change, with a test added so it does not happen again.
Governed vibe orchestration: give the machine its full capability, and keep the highest authority for yourself.
