Section 06
6How does the orchestra actually work?
I do not write the code. I write the intent: what I want, for whom, and in what spirit.
Intent
Input
Builds
Writes the code, the pages and the design.
Tests
Runs the tests; captures pages in Arabic, English and on a phone.
Reviews
Looks for security gaps and errors of logic.
Prepares content
Turns design files into covers, books into reading editions.
“merge”
My gate
Everything comes back to me as a change request that I see and review, and nothing is merged or published without one word from me. In those eight days I reviewed and approved 161 change requests this way.
The technology that made it possible
- Isolated agents. They write, test and propose, but hold neither the keys to publish nor any password.
- Edge hosting. Served close to the reader, with no server for me to run or maintain.
- Serverless data. Certificates, accounts and private books, with no operations team.
- Automated pipeline. Every change tested; once I give the word, published in minutes.
- Human oversight. Automation runs by itself, but waits for me at the points of decision.
