Of all the systems I have helped to build, the most important was not made of code. It is a bridge to the next generation, built from stories.

Our journey has centred on mastering the tools that shape the future. But our ultimate responsibility is to nurture the minds and hearts of those who will inherit that future.

Beyond the code: the Fawzooz initiative

This brings me to my most personal and meaningful work: the Fawzooz initiative (The Fawzooz Initiative). This mission was not born in a boardroom but in conversations with my young daughter; through her eyes I was reminded of the profound power of stories to educate, heal and inspire.

The name “Fawzooz” itself — a playful nickname she gave me — has grown to symbolise a journey of overcoming obstacles and finding joy in discovery. It is the heart of this work.
