True leadership in the AI age follows the philosophy of “The Servant’s Shield.” The modern leader must act as a buffer, absorbing the chaotic pressure of technological change and creating a zone of safety where the team can think and create.

We must expand our definition of “Security.” A burned-out employee creates vulnerabilities. An anxious analyst misses alerts. Protecting mental wellbeing is effectively System Hardening for the Human Operating System.
