Welcome to Fawzooz.ai! This Usage Policy governs your access to and use of the Fawzooz.ai website (referred to as the “Site”) and any services, features, content, or applications offered by Fawzooz.ai (collectively referred to as the “Services”). By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Site or Services.

1. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of any other user of the Site and Services, or restrict or inhibit their use and enjoyment of the Site and Services. You agree not to:

– Impersonate any person or entity, or make false statements or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

– Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or Services, or any other systems or networks connected to the Site or Services.  

– Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Site or Services for any purpose without our express written permission.  

– Upload or transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

– Engage in any activity that may harm, disrupt, overburden, or impair the Site or Services.  

– Collect or store personal information about other users without their consent.

– Use generated content for illegal activities, or in a manner that is harmful, abusive, racist, ethnically offensive, defamatory, infringing of personal privacy or publicity rights, harassing, offensive to others (publicly or otherwise), libelous, threatening, profane, or otherwise objectionable.

Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Site or Services.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and code, is the property of Fawzooz.ai or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the content on the Site or Services without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by this Policy. Any outputs generated by AI models on this site, are subject to the terms of service of the underlying AI model providers. Fawzooz.ai does not claim ownership of the outputs, but reserves the right to use generated outputs to improve the service.  

3. User-Generated Content

If you submit or upload any content to the Site or Services (“User-Generated Content”), you grant Fawzooz.ai a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User-Generated Content throughout the world in any media. You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights in the User-Generated Content and have the right to grant the license granted above. Fawzooz.ai is not responsible for any User-Generated Content.  

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Fawzooz.ai does not warrant that the Site or Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Fawzooz.ai does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Site or Services. Fawzooz.ai is not responsible for the outputs of the AI models.  

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Fawzooz.ai be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or Services, even if Fawzooz.ai has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Fawzooz.ai’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this Policy or your use of the Site or Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for access to the Site or Services.  

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fawzooz.ai and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or Services or your violation of this Policy.  

7. Changes to This Policy

Fawzooz.ai reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site or Services after any changes to this Policy constitutes your acceptance of the new Policy.  

8. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
